We start from Lima , the capital with it´s close to 10 mio inhabitants.
In the upcoming next 3 weeks, we will cover a distance about 3200 km. The daily trips are well balanced and offer the opportunity, to aclimatisate to the altitudes of the Andes.
The highlights of this trip:
Nazca - the famous pictograms and lines, witch we will gaze from a small airplane.
Puerto Inka - a gorgeous little bay at the Pacific coast.
Arequipa - the “White City”, the “ Misti” vulcano with it’s white collar that can be recognized from far.
Lake “Titicaca” - the highest navegable lake of the world.
Starting from Puno, we will visit the natives on the floating Uros ilands.
From Puno, our tour leads us to Cusco, the former Inka capitol.
Cusco, also called “The Belly Button of the World”, will be our starting point to the famous ruins of Machu Picchu, one of the new “7 Wonders of the World”
The “ Holy Valley”, where various history-charged locations fill our program.
Proceeding to Abancay, one of the finest section for bikers:
Plenty of turns and various altitudes. Peru, bikers paradise with it’s variety, hardly to beat!
Before heading back to Lima, we will stop over in Pisco, which serves as our base for excursions into the Nacional Park of Paracas.
We Hill visit the “Ballestas Islands” – also recognized as the “small Galápagos”,
with it’s sea lions, penguins sea birds, a further highlight on our tour.

The tour is suitable for bikers that ride regulary, but definately nothing for beginners.
Off-road expirience is not required.
This tour is ment for people, that – apart from fun of riding – like to enjoy the country and the Inka cultur as well.
The covered total distance is about 3200 km, the roads are mainly comfortable to ride, about 95 % of tarmac.

Saturday, day 1:
Arrivel at Lima international airport “Hugo Chavez”, hotel transfer by Perumoto.
Sunday, day 2:
Our tour starts in Lima, the peruvian capitol with it’s approx. 10 mio inhabitants.
City tour to the view point “San Cristóbal”, “Plaza de Armas” and the “Presidential Palace”.

Monday, day 3:
We ride down south the Panamericana highway to Nazca, good road condicions accompanied by a beautiful landscape. After leaving Lima, we will enjoy the view on the Pacific coast. Endless dunes and green oasises, until we reach our destination Nazca, 450 km.
Tuesday, day 4:
We overfligh the famous Nazca lines in a small airplane. Only from this perspective, we are able to recognize the beautiful giant lines, abstract motives and pictograms.
i.e.: monkey, fish, spider, humming bird and plenty of geometric lines

Wednesday, day 5:
We are heading further to the South, and reach the gorgeous little bay of “Puerto Inka”. Located about 15 km ahead of the little town Chala and remote from the Panamericana.
Here are pelicans, penguines and sea lions at home. We also find the opportunity to ride some off-road.
Thursday, day 6:
Leaving to Arequipa, 344 km!
Arequipa, the “White City”, 2. largest in Peru, located about 1000 km south of Lima.
The city got it’s nickname, thanks to the white vulcano stone, it’s made of.
Friday, day 7:
We visit the ancient monastery “Santa Catalina”, built in the 16th century.
The afternoon is at your disposal to explore the city, lots of things to see!
Saturday, day 8:
Departure towards Puno, located at Titicaca lake, 320 km. On this strech we now ride into the highlands, reaching altitudes above 4000 mtrs. We see the first flocks of Vicuñas, Lamas and Alpacas.
Sunday, day 9:
We visit the floating Uros reed islands, on lake Titicaca.

Monday, day 10:
We proceed our journey to Cusco, 389 km to the “belly button” of the world.
Cusco, the history charged capitol of the ancient Inka cultur, is located at 3326 mtrs and is one of the most visited touristic locations of the country.
Tuesday, day 11:
Visit of Machu Picchu ruins by train.
Costs approx,: 200 – 250,- US$ p/p.
Wednesday, day12:
We visit the “Holy Valley” with our motorbikes. Stopping over in Pisac with the opportunity to find some beautiful souvenirs. Todays program also includes visits of some ancient cultural memorials of the Inkas.
Thursday, day 13:
Cusco for your deposal, plenty of little shops, bars, restaurants and little discoverys virtually around every corner.
Friday, day 14:
Departure to Abancay, our aim for today.
A trip through a dreamlike landscape, plenty of turns to scrape trough!

Saturday, day 15:
We are leaving Abancay, heading for Nazca – the “Kings Strech”.
Plenty of turns, we reach altitudes about 5.000mtrs, up and down, altitude differences of 4000mtrs, on a gorgeous 461 km trip.
Sunday, day 16:
Excursion arround Nazca, we visit an ancient watering system
Monday, day 17:
Today we procced north, towards Pisco city. Passing Ica, escorted by wine and cotton fields along the road. 215 km.
Tuesday, day 18:
Visit of the Ballestas Islands by speedboat and the Nacional Park of Paracas
Wednesday, day 19:
A day to relax and recover: Pool, reading and a Pisco Sour drink
Thursday, day 20:
Return to Lima, 232 km on the Panamericana.
In the evening, a review on our tour.
Friday, day 21:
Lima for your disposal, buying some last souvenirs or just enjoy the city.
Saturday, day 22:
Returnflight – even the most beautifull holydays once come to an end ....
