We explore the cultural and scenic beauty of Ladakh and visit remote valleys. The surrounding area offers impressive motorbike routes with panoramic views of the Stok Kangri mountain range. Leh is also famous for its Hemis Monastery, the largest Buddhist monastery in Ladakh, which was founded in 1630. Your adventure is now within reach.
Day 3: Leh - Chilling - Alchi. 110 km
Today we really get going! Our motorbike tour takes us to Hemis Supachen at an altitude of over 3200 metres and onwards through a barren but varied mountain landscape. We will finally spend the night in Alchi, a picturesque oasis in the Indus Valley. Alchi is famous for its monastery, which is one of the oldest in Ladakh and is decorated with beautiful murals. Alchi is known for its unique Kashmiri influences in Buddhist art. In the evening, we relax and recharge our batteries for the next day.
Day 4: Alchi - Hemis Supachen - Alchi. 110 km
An exciting day full of cycling adventures awaits you. We leave the oasis early in the morning and set off on a small road into the Kangra Valley and continue into the Kullu Valley. After travelling through the Rohtang tunnel, we find ourselves in the middle of the high mountains. We plan to spend two nights in Keylong to acclimatise at 3200 metres.
Day 5-6: Alchi - Khardung - Nubra. 150 km
A spectacular day, even if the Khardung La Pass is no longer the highest in the world. We drive into the picturesque Nubra Valley. A rest day in Nubra or a short excursion to hidden villages. This day also serves as a buffer in case of weather-related delays. Nubra is famous for its sand dunes and the rare two-humped camels. The motorbike tour continues in this fascinating region.
Day 7: Nubra - Pangong. 140 km
A real highlight in the life of a motorbike rider! We ride through the breathtaking Shyok Gorge to the turquoise-blue Pangong Lake. Very simple but functional accommodation. We find ourselves in a cultural landscape that is more reminiscent of Tibet than India. Pangong Lake is famous for being featured in the film ‘3 Idiots’.
Day 9: Hanle - Umling La - Hanle. 110 km
The highest motorable pass in the world is on the programme today. Still quite unknown and only recently opened to the civilian population, it demands a lot from riders and motorbikes. We then return to Hanle for the night. The Umling La Pass reaches an altitude of over 5800 metres and offers breathtaking views - the riding highlight of this tour!
Day 10: Hanle - Sakti. 190 km
Another exciting day of this enduro adventure awaits you: ideal for off-road fans. A mixture of gravel and tarmac roads leads us into the Indus Valley. A highlight today is our beautiful hotel in Sakti. Today we follow an old trade route that was part of the historic Silk Road. Sakti is famous for the Takthok monastery, which is partly built into a rock face.
Day 11: Sakti
Today you have the choice of either relaxing in the beautiful hotel or, if you still haven't had enough, conquering the Wari La Pass. Alternatively, you can simply take a taxi to Leh and use the time to explore on your own and buy a souvenir or two. Sakti is also known for its rich culture and hospitality. We slowly wind down this unique motorbike adventure before the return journey the next day.
Day 12: Sakti - Leh - Delhi
Early in the morning we fly from Leh to Delhi, from where you take your flight home.
Day 13: Delhi - Europe: Arrival home

Word Of Advice:
This tour is not suitable for beginners and requires good driving safety and off-road experience. It has an expedition character. Accommodation and Hanle and Pangong, is very simple but clean.
